    Description

    Job Description A bustling Central London studio is looking for a strategist whose role is pivotal in their collaborative environment.

    As part of their team, you'll play a crucial part in developing creative solutions for retail, brand experience, and brand communications projects.

    Your work will be instrumental in bringing ideas from pitch to creative concept, working closely with both internal and external teams.

    They are seeking an Experience Strategist to join their team of
    design thinkers and doers who specialise in connecting brands with communities and creating brand environments with purpose.


    Salary:
    Up to £55,000 (dependent on experience)
    Based at their London studio with a hybrid working setup.

    Your Qualifications
    ~5+ years of expertise in crafting human-centred design and/or retail experience strategies, with a preference for clients within the lifestyle and luxury sector (retail and entertainment).
    ~ Established a solid track record of developing strategies, encompassing customer journeys, archetypes, experience briefs, strategic POVs, and workshops, translating into solutions that
    ~ seamlessly traverse the digital and physical realms.
    ~ Demonstrated proficiency in executing research initiatives to gather additional content-focused requirements.
    ~ Adept at creating compelling communications that enable clients to visualise and comprehend the benefits and implications of strategies and recommendations.
    ~ Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating seamlessly with teams, clients, and other partners.
    ~ Self-motivated and entrepreneurial in approach.

    Technical Requirements
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), and other visual communication tools
    Fluency with digital collaboration tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, etc.
    Familiar with social listening tools (Brandwatch) and audience-building tools (GWI) a bonus
    Familiarity with rapid prototyping tools such as Sketch and AdobeXD, a bonus
