    SaaS Product Manager – Dynamic Allocation - Birmingham/Hybrid - £80,000 & Bonus & Benefits

    Location:
    UK - Birmingham / Remote/Hybrid with periodic travel to various airport sites (anticipated 2 to 3 days at airport sites every 2 weeks)

    Our client are a software house dedicated to improving the way the world moves.

    Data-Driven Innovation:

    Harnessing extensive data analytics to drive product development and optimisation, ensuring our solutions leverage data to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.



    • Strategic KPI Identification: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators that align with our strategic objectives, enabling us to measure success and identify areas for improvement rigorously.


    • Gaining a deep understanding of our customers' operational processes, ensuring that our solutions are perfectly tailored to enhance their operational workflows and user experiences.


    • Product Strategy and Development: Overseeing the product lifecycle from conceptualisation to deployment, ensuring our solutions meet market needs and adhere to our high standards of operational excellence.


    • Collaborating with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to align product development with customer expectations and company objectives.


    • Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, understanding their challenges, and positioning our products to solve their unique needs.



    • Experience: Proven track record in product management, particularly within technology-driven projects. Experience in operational research, logistics, or automotive industries is highly desirable.
    Skills: Exceptional analytical thinker with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for strategic planning and execution.

    • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel and work across airports and operational sites as needed.

    You'll work with some of the largest operators in the industry to deliver projects that directly enhance end-user experiences, from airport passengers to service operators.

    They are not just optimising vehicle movement but enhancing how the world experiences travel and logistics, making it more efficient, enjoyable, and environmentally friendly.

    As a team member, you will be critical in leveraging data to drive value, refine operational processes, and deliver measurable improvements through innovative technology solutions.
