- Extensive knowledge of systems engineering, the V-Model, and related processes and lifecycles.
- Substantial expertise creating requirements of the highest calibre and creating a completely compliant systems architecture.
- Knowledge of SysML, Enterprise Architect, UML, DOORS, and SEBoK.
- Practical development experience in software, firmware, or hardware, especially in an embedded context.
- Serves as a senior member of the Systems discipline and oversees SE for all work packages allocated to the Systems discipline. Delivers commitments and duties on schedule and within budget.
- To guarantee consistency, design for modularity and reusability, and technical excellence, collaborate closely with the architects of the system, hardware, firmware, and software.
- Make careful to check and evaluate technical proposals, and give precise estimates of the time, money, and risks involved for bids and proposals that result in contract awards.
