Description
Account Manager £25k (increasing to £26k after probation) + month commission (c£12kpa)Are you someone who thrives on building relationships and enjoys a consultative approach to sales? We're looking for someone on the upward curve of their account management career, looking for an opportunity to nurture, develop and grow existing accounts and has the ability to spot new opportunities too.
This role is with a growing, well-established, small consultancy business, looking to add to this division as part of their growth strategy.
Oversee a number of set accounts, build strong relationships with a consultative approach, up and cross-selling to encourage growth.Drive towards achieving monthly targets resulting in an achievable and rewarding bonus.
Working with data gathered on each of your clients, reporting back to them their stats, utilising facts to develop their accounts and identify areas of growth.
Occasionally travel across the UK to meet your clients, take them for lunch, present annual stats/reports and continue to build the relationship and retain business.
Attend networking events, being the face of the brand.A believer in a consultative approach to sales.
Happy with occasional national travel and overnight stays away.
