    We are looking for a details-oriented Data Analyst to join ourteam in our Edinburgh office.

    The ideal candidate will have experience,knowledge and passion for the implementation of solid and factual reportingusing our data suites and merge this with a tenacity to analyse and suggestsolutions to our operational team.

    We want someone who is confident in extracting data, providingthorough analysis and slide decks and able to tell the storyconfidently
    As a data analyst, you will play a vital role in drivingoperational excellence within the department. Your expertise in deepstatistical analysis will be instrumental in identifying and solving problems,offering predictive insights, and providing early warnings. Additionally, youwill optimise the customer experience, the foundations of workforce andoperational plans.

    5 hours, Mondaythrough Sunday, with one unpaid hour for lunch with the options of rotationalshift patterns ranging from 7am to 10pm.

    Location - Our contemporary workspace is based at Lochrin Square inFountainbridge, Edinburgh.
    Revise Customer Support Centre desired objectives, establishcorresponding data indices and models to monitor

    • Maintain and analyse key data sources to provide suggestions andproposals on Customer Support Centre operation and project development
    • Propose better solutions on each team's effective analysis andreports.
    • Give leads on automation project to lessen workload of reportsand data consolidation from operational managers
    • Engage with all managers and data users both in person andonline across all departments
    • Build trusting and fulfilling relationships with people toensure trust in the products given from the Data Analyst team
    Have at least 2 years of Data Analyst/ Data Scientist workexperience

    • Good written and spoken English.
    • Attentive to detail and committed to data integrity.
    • Must be data savvy and love crunching numbers.
    • Proficiency in SQL/Mysql/BQ
    • Experience with dashboard/ visualization software like Tableau,Power BI
    Related degree in Data Analytics

    • Experience in one data analysis package, such as R, Python orSAS
