    Description
    Titan are currently working with a very successful Freight Forwarder based in Glasgow who are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team
    This role requires similar experience of working within a busy Freight Forwarding environment and a good understanding of the necessary processes and documentation.

    Role responsibilities -
    • Prepare sales proposals for a broad portfolio of customers and overseas offices
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs
    • Office point of contact for customer on sales related matters
    • Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement
    • Work closely with Business Development Manager and Commercial Manager

    Requirements -
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience working for Freight Forwarding company within an inside sales role
    • Competent knowledge of International Incoterms
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Enthusiastic and driven to achieve targets and objectives
    • Positive customer-focused attitude
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages will be beneficial

    Previous sales experience within a similar environment is essential

    The company offers a great working environment, working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, offering a salary up to £35,000
