    Description
    Help us to make a difference in Buckinghamshire

    We are looking for someone to join our friendly Programmes team, to help us ensure that we maintain our reputation for excellent delivery of funding programmes to the VCSE sector.

    5 hours per week, with some hybrid working available.
    Contract Type Permanent
    We are Heart of Bucks, the Community Foundation for Buckinghamshire.

    Heart of Bucks is a registered charity working with some amazing donors to provide a broad range of funding to other charities and not for profit organisations across Bucks.

    Our programmes range from those helping to address health inequalities or community safety, through poverty and inclusion projects, sports and leisure, to education, arts and culture programmes, and everything in-between.

    You'll be the lead officer for a number of the funding programmes so will be our "team expert" for all things related to the priorities and operations of those funds, right through from delivering workshops to help groups understand the fund, to setting up and running any funding panels.

    Your great communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to engage with the broad range of stakeholders we work with including donors and grantees, helping them get the best out of our services.

    Experience of Salesforce CRM would be really helpful in this role, but please don't be put off applying if you don't have all the skills we need, so long as you are willing and able to learn as you go.
