- Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and release plans to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, and development team capacity
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features
- Engage with customers and gather feedback to inform product enhancements and improvements
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product meets the desired quality and usability standards
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in the software industry
- Background of working on a technical and complex product
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive product vision and motivate teams
- Experience in the communication technology industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
