    Description

    Position: Business Intelligence (BI) Developer

    Salary: £38,223 - £44,632 per annum (Pro rated for part time)

    Contract: Permanent x 2 Positions Available

    Location: Sheffield

    Hours: 37 hours per week x 52 weeks per year

    The Sheffield College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually.     Looking to leverage your expertise in data analytics to drive actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes? We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for data to join our us as a BI Developer.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing, maintaining and monitoring the reporting systems used across college
    • Provide advice & information on data queries
    • Produce BI solutions through Microsoft Power Platform to develop and monitor the College's goals
    • Championing our commitment to putting students first

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Be proficient in using SQL Server
    • Power BI and/or Microsoft Power Platform suite experience would be advantageous however full training is available

    • Confident in bringing fresh ideas to the table and help the team constantly improve
