    Are you a style-conscious fashion retail supervisor / manager, looking for the next step in your career?

    IRD Consultancy is excited to be partnering with a prestigious premium fashion brand who are currently looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team in their Shoreditch store. With over 35 years in the market, business is rapidly expanding and now is an exciting time to join

    As the Assistant manager, the successful candidate will work on the floor with the team in delivering the brands sales strategy with their effortlessly stylish and chic products. The purpose of the role will be to support the Store Manager in leading the team towards success, managing the stock, visual merchandising, cash flow and leading by example delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.

    While personality and cultural fit are important to our client, ideal candidates will be able to showcase some or all of the following skills:

    • Previous experience in a clothing retailer essential
    • Team leadership experience
    • Experience with POS systems, cashing up and keyholder responsibilities
    • Strong interpersonal skills and able to build rapport with team and customers
    • Pride in personal appearance and representing the brand at all times
    • Attention to detail and able to address issues as they arise
    • Team-work skills and able to collaborate
    • Sales-oriented and passion for driving store targets
