    Our construction business is currently looking to welcome a Regional Manager to our team, covering our Maidstone & Brighton branches.

    This will be a role where you will be playing a key role in driving and supporting our consultants within our construction sectors.


    In this role, you will be responsible for:nBuilding and supporting the current teamnManaging and billing on a desk/patchnStrategically managing existing accountsnAttending eventsnManaging and developing an existing teamnWorking with the ITA team to grow current teamsnAttending regional manager meetings and presentingnAnalysing and working with data to utilise internally.

    To be successful in this role you will:nHave experience in construction recruitmentnEvidence of strong personal billingsnStrong leadership and management skillsnDisplay a business partnering approachnExperience in coaching and developing a team of recruitersnKnow the commercial importance of working with tight deadlines and strong processesnHave excellent communication skills and capable of dealing with stakeholders at all levelsnPossess the ability to work under pressure
