    The Junior Project Manager is responsible for organising and coordinating projects and events to ensure the projects are completed on time, within budget and ensuing the required quality standards. The Junior Project manager will also be responsible for supporting the PMO Manager when required.

    Main Responsibilities

    To assist and manage a range of projects across the organisation.
    To monitor and report on project progression and collaborate with the various Teams
    To build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders and to coordinate project teams.
    To ensure that work is of the highest standard with outstanding attention to detail.
    To manage and deliver events both internal and external to GBS.
    To research and organise information and produce accessible briefing documents.

    Requirements

    Recent Graduate, at the outset of their project management career or an experienced Project Co-ordinator.
    Ability to manage projects and events.
    Ability to work in a fast paced, results oriented environment.
    High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as appropriate project management software.
    Strong organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
