We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join our team and work with children facing behavioural challenges in a school based in Luton .
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting these students, promoting positive behaviour, and facilitating their academic and personal growth.
Location - Luton , Bedfordshire£80-£95 per day
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural issues, helping them develop coping strategies and improve their behaviour.
Implement behaviour management strategies and interventions tailored to individual student needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement personalised behaviour plans.
Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as necessary.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Engage with families to provide guidance and support in managing behavioural and Experience:
Previous experience working with children or young people with behavioural issues, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
