- Transport team general correspondence and administration, including suppliers and yards
- The maintenance of central vehicle records for all vehicles and plant and updating paper and computerised filing systems
- Dealing with incoming telephone calls
- The raising and processing of purchase orders
- Collating and ordering any stationary requirements for the team.
- Previous experience of working within a Transport environment
- Excellent administration skills
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- The ability to meet deadlines and multi-task, with great attention to detail
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written
- Flexible and able to adapt to change
- Full driving licence
