    Our client is a specialist in providing customer-specific products and services and supports its target customers through a global sales, service, and production network.

    They have a proven track record of success collaborating with the likes of BMW/Mini, Honda, Tesco, Chelsea FC & Amazon to name a few.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to work within the UK team.

    • Responsible for the sales and profit performance in the territory
    • Manage selective Key Accounts, defined as repetitive large customers from the automotive, logistics & rail sectors.
    • Understand customer needs, especially in terms of zero-net goals, and derive appropriate product solutions.
    • Sales expectations & responsibility: £YOU MUST HAVE Experience with Heat Pumps, Heating & Cooling/Air Movement products and solutions, and a proven track record of securing profitable business and projects within a commercial environment.
    • YOU MUST HAVE A proven track record and strong relationships with End User clients and understand the ways and workings of Consultants, HVAC Specifiers, Specialist HVAC contractors, and installers.
    • The individual selected should possess excellent overall business skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, planning, presentation, and organisational abilities.
    • Financial and mathematical acumen is highly desirable.
    • The individual will have personal qualities of honesty and integrity and an interest in people's development.
    • A current UK driving license is mandatory.
    Strong Basic Salary (Up To £60,000) + Strong Commission Structure (£10,000 - £15, Quality Company Car or Car Allowance + Pension + Mobile + Laptop + 25 Days Holiday + Career Development Opportunities
