    Trainee Recruitment Consultant in Bristol.

    HIGH EARNING POTENTIAL£24,000 Base salary PLUS up to £45k OTE (Commission on top of base salary)Degree or Sales Experience RequiredWe are looking for hard-working, talented and sales-driven individuals who want to join this agency's growing teams of Recruitment consultants.

    As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will take on a dedicated training plan designed to develop all the relevant skills to be a successful consultant.

    Your Role as a Recruitment ConsultantEngaging with clients to gain an understanding of their company and role requirementsAdvertising new roles and implementing new candidate attraction strategiesConnecting with candidates and interviewing to understand their needsProviding professional advice on the job market and manage expectationsBringing on new business and establish professional relationships in the industryThe CompanyTheir values are based on supporting people and seeing them succeed, an inclusive culture and quality work.
