We are looking for Qualified Nurses to join our, friendly & supportive Community Nursing Teams.
You will have a commitment to providing holistic care to patients in their own homes, be able to work on you own initiative and work well within a team.
Key clinical skills include complex wound care, bladder & bowel management, palliative & end of life care, as well as, medication administration.
Within the community we are seeing more complex and acute patients than ever before, with increasingly specialist treatment and care being provided by highly skilled staff.
Working within our Community Nursing Team you will support, assess, and treat patients with a variety of health needs, deliveringhigh quality, evidence based practice.
Due to the nature of community working, ability to travel across the patch to provide care to patients is essential.

Promote independence and support patient centred care planning.-Provide care directly to patients on the caseload with a range of nursing needs (including palliative care, complex wound care, pelvic health, medication administration).-Work autonomously, in line with your scope of practice, competence and policies.
-Qualifications and trainingEssential- Nursing degree (Or equivalent) including registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
Desirable- Further continued professional development, practice supervisor and assessor training.
