- Working with numerous business teams (ETP, Product, Sales, Operations, and more) regarding the legal and regulatory requirements for the set up and maintenance of our financial products.
- Responsibility for drafting, amending and maintaining European ETP product documentation including, prospectuses, final terms, services agreements and listing arrangements.
- Working with the Capital Markets Team on complying with all necessary listing requirements at national and international exchanges.
- Working with the Product and Engineering teams on new product and technology launches, including advising on cutting edge legal and regulatory issues.
- Providing support in monitoring and advising the business on emerging legal and regulatory changes, risks and opportunities as it relates to exchange traded products and digital assets.
- Working with outside counsel as appropriate and partnering with compliance and risk teams as necessary.
- Negotiating, drafting and advising on commercial contracts, including service provider agreements, index licenses, technology agreements, distribution agreements, customer contracts, vendor contracts, software licenses, consultancy agreements and marketing agreements.
