    A leading US law firm is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Regulatory & Privacy Assistant to join their team in London.

    As the Regulatory & Privacy Assistant you will work closely with the Regulatory & Privacy Manager to support a variety of projects related to risk management processes and regulatory compliance.

    Key responsibilities for the Regulatory and Privacy Assistant role:

    Assist the Regulatory & Privacy Manager in conducting research on regulatory requirements and privacy laws relevant to the Firm's operations.

    Help in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
    Collaborate with various teams across the organisation to gather information and documentation necessary for compliance efforts.
    Support the Regulatory & Privacy Manager in drafting reports, memos, and other communications related to regulatory and privacy matters.
    Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and privacy laws that may impact the Firm's operations.


    Qualifications:
    Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law.
    Strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles and privacy laws, particularly in the context of the legal industry.
    Excellent research skills with the ability to analyse complex legal and regulatory documents.
    Working knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation and/or DAC6 would be an advantage.
