- Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure the structural integrity of timber buildings.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
- Perform site visits and assessments to gather necessary data and assess the existing conditions.
- Create detailed structural drawings and specifications for construction purposes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree preferred).
- IEng or Near chartered CEng with the IStructE or ICE
- Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Masterseries
- Clean UK Driving Licence
