    Lead the implementation and enhancement of Front to Back office fund administration strategic solutions
    Evaluate and define business requirements from multiple stakeholders for development and implementation.
    This includes facilitating meetings, running workshop sessions, obtaining signoff of acceptance criteria and managing implementation.
    Escalation of delays and prompt communication of any emerging risks and challenges.
    Support senior leadership with driving department initiatives and projects.

    Identify areas of high risk and regular issues and assist to improve controls and processes in place to mitigate risk.

    Proven understanding of front to back office fund administration services
    Experience working in Agile environment
    Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior stakeholders
    Working knowledge of Fund Administration/banking workflows is an asset
    MS Office skills and be proficient in MS Visio
    Experience with system analysis and documenting all aspects of business processes
    5+ years' experience in Business Analysis
