    Permanent Contract | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Scale E) | 37 hours per week | Norwich

    We are currently recruiting for an Employee Support Officer working in the Pensions Admin Team within Finance Exchequer Services.

    This is a key role within the team, responsible for the delivery of high level Pensions Admin support to employees and eligible members.

    Working to strict deadlines the successful applicant will be expected to be a member of a small team in the delivery of monthly and annual reporting in respect of Pensions Administration for Local Government, National Health Service and Teachers Pensions. This will include checking and submission of Monthly Data to Teachers Pensions and the processing of year end data for all schemes.

    Previous experience of working in a high-volume customer focused environment, preferably within Payroll or Pensions Administration, is desirable.

    The successful candidate will also be required to help and support the business implement the new financial system.

    You will possess good ICT skills, a knowledge of Word, Excel, E-mail and Internet, have excellent customer care skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have a flexible approach to work, be a team player and must be able to prioritise your workloads to meet statutory deadlines.
