- Setting the overall SEO client direction and departmental strategy.
- Direct involvement with clients on revenue targets and coordinating with delivery teams for strategy execution.
- Managing the SEO Account Managers while reporting departmental performance to the Organic Director.
- Taking charge of client communications, strategizing, and executing plans for key accounts under your supervision.
- Assisting senior management in new business opportunities.
- Maintaining hands-on involvement in strategy and activation when necessary.
- Providing regular client reports with insights for future actions.
- Staying updated on the latest SEO trends and technology to mentor junior team members.
- 4+ years of comprehensive SEO experience in an agency setting.
- Experience with eCommerce or luxury clients is highly advantageous.
- In-depth expertise in devising and implementing SEO strategies.
- Proven track record of working closely with clients to meet their needs effectively.
- Experience in managing a team of 2+ SEO professionals.
- Ability to pitch and upsell to new and existing clients.
