    Job Description

    As a Software Integration Lead at Agratas, you will play a pivotal role in the integration and deployment of software solutions within our advanced battery packs for automotive applications.

    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance specialists, to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.


    Key Duties & Responsibilities:

    Software Integration Efforts:

    Take charge of the end-to-end integration process, from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with product development goals and industry standards.


    Work with Development Teams:

    Work closely with hardware and software development teams to integrate software components into battery pack systems, including battery management systems (BMS), communication protocols, and control algorithms.


    Integration Strategy:

    Develop and implement a robust integration strategy, considering factors such as compatibility, performance, safety, and compliance with automotive industry standards.


    Test and Validation:

    Oversee the testing and validation of integrated software, conducting thorough analysis to identify and resolve any integration issues or discrepancies.


    Assessment and Mitigation:
    Proactively identify potential integration challenges and risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure seamless implementation.

    Reporting:
    Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including specifications, test plans, and results. Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.

    Leadership:
    Provide guidance and mentorship to software integration team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

    Current with Industry Trends:
    Stay abreast of emerging technologies, best practices, and industry standards related to battery pack development and software integration.


    Qualifications & Experience:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
    Proven experience in software integration within the automotive industry or battery pack development.
    Proficiency in programming languages relevant to battery pack software (e.g., C/C++, Python).
    Strong knowledge of battery management systems (BMS), communication protocols (CAN, LIN), and control algorithms.
    Familiarity with automotive industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
