Teaching Assistant

Job Type:
Full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant and positive impact on children's learning and engagement.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils to bridge gaps in their learning and boost their confidence to re-engage in a school setting.

Support pupils with their learning activities in the classroom.
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Encourage and support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
Engage with pupils in a variety of educational settings, including one-to-one and group sessions.
Monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
Participate in training and adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.
Minimum of five Level 2 qualifications, including English and Mathematics (GCSE or equivalent).
Previous experience working with children is beneficial but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.
