    Societe Generale Equipment Finance UK is a part of the global line of business of Societe Generale Equipment Finance (SGEF) which is present in 42 countries.

    SGEF provides vendor and equipment finance to the full breadth of the business sector. SGEF is owned by Societe Generale, an international banking group headquartered in France. SGEF UK's office is based in Richmond-Upon-Thames.

    In the UK SGEF provides vendor and equipment finance in the Hi-tech, Office Equipment, Transport, Construction, Industrial, Medical, Public Sector and Agriculture markets.


    Responsibilities:
    Monitoring of stocking inboxes and phone enquires (internal and external)


    Processing of customer funding requests / data feeds from dealers and vendorsBAU tasks of the Wholesale Funding System (WFS) for the SGEF Stocking sectors - Agriculture, Transport Industrial & Construction (TIC) etc.

    Support Dealer and Vendor setup and configure on WFSSupport UAT testing for WFS functionality developmentCommunicate clearly with the business in terms of dealer stocking progress, utilisation and performanceCommunicate clearly with vendors and dealers where requiredAs required, obtaining, check and approve vendor/dealer invoices/self-billersProcessing of customer audits via external third parties and SGEF staff as appropriateReporting monthly data to SGEF stakeholdersWork with Collections where/when required on Stocking arrearsSkills, Competencies & Personal Qualities:
