The-Wold Office.

Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive support to the Private Client Solicitors to facilitate their efficient operation. * Draft correspondence utilising the case management system already in place. * Handle client enquiries both over the phone and in person. * Manage filing systems, including daily filing and handling tasks related to opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files. * Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures. * Coordinate scanning and photocopying of paperwork. * Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements * Previous experience and familiarity with working in a Private Client department. * Demonstrated initiative, capable of conducting searches, ID checks, and other tasks on files independently. * High levels of speed and accuracy in completing tasks. * Excellent telephone etiquette and comfort in communicating with clients both verbally and face-to-face. * Exceptional organisational skills, with a systematic and adaptable approach. * Some experience with Audio Typing is preferred. * Familiarity with legal documents and terminologies is advantageous, though full training will be provided.
Additional Information * The role is an Office-based position * The working hours are 9 am – 5 pm
