    SaaS Product Manager

    Location: Exeter Science Park, Exeter

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days WFH+ 3 days in the office)

    Salary: up to £40,000 per annum

    Role Overview:

    Are you a seasoned Product Manager looking for an exciting challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for driving growth and developing innovative products? If so, we want you to join our high-growth SaaS company in the airport sector

    Key Responsibilities:

    • As a SaaS Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO to shape the overall product strategy and vision.
    • You will be client-facing, interacting with customers to identify their problems and needs, and translating this into the product vision.
    • You will have ownership of the core products and new features, leading the efforts from concept to launch, collaborating with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
    • You will harness the collective knowledge of all stakeholders, developing detailed requirements and features that are cost-effective.
    • You will scope out specific customer feedback and analyze usage data to validate business requirements, and you will identify and fill product gaps, leading the brainstorming of new ideas that grow market share.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • You will have strong B2B SaaS product management experience from sectors, such as ecommerce, MarTech, TravelTech, Payments, fintech etc.
    • You will be familiar with agile principles and workflow tools like Jira, and have a track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market.
    • You will love finding, designing, and deploying technical solutions, having proven experience in a technical role, and previous experience in a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
