    Room Attendant

    Do you take pride in the meticulous care of every detail, from the neatness of a guest's room to the overall ambiance of a world-class hotel?

    We have a great opportunity for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping department at the Shangri-La Hotel London, located in The Shard. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring all guestrooms and floor areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented accordingly to the standards of excellence by Forbes and Shangri-La. You will deliver all requests aligned with our excellent service promise. The same care should be extended to all areas of the hotel, from heart of house to front of house.

    ·A pleasant & welcoming manner.

    ·Intermediate, conversational fluency in English; full fluency is not essential as we offer complementary English lessons to help further develop your language skills and have a diverse multilingual workforce to support you.

    ·Relevant experience within a similar environment.

    ·Experience using KNOWCROSS software.

    ·Ability to lift heavy items or move furniture which is essential for room checks.

    ·Ability to be on your feet for long hours.

    ·Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability.

    ·Confidence and comfort with heights while working inside a high-rise building.
