    Tasks

    We areseeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist tojoin our team at Wonder Grip. The Sales and Marketing Specialistwill play a key role in driving revenue growth and increasing brandawareness through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Theideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing strongcommunication skills and a track record of delivering results in afastpaced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. SalesStrategyDevelopment:
    • Collaboratewith the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and objectivesaligned with company goals.
    • Identify targetmarkets and customer segments and develop tailored sales strategiesto reach them effectively.
    • Analyze sales dataand market trends to identify opportunities for growth andoptimization.
    1. MarketingCampaignManagement:
    • Planexecute and measure marketing campaigns across various channelsincluding digital social media email andevents.
    • Create compelling marketing materialsincluding presentations brochures and sales collateral to supportsales efforts.
    • Monitor campaign performance andROI and make datadriven adjustments to optimize campaigneffectiveness.
    1. LeadGeneration andProspecting:
    • Generateleads through targeted prospecting efforts including cold callingemail outreach and networking.
    • Qualify leadsand manage the lead pipeline effectively ensuring timely followupand nurturing ofprospects.
    1. CustomerRelationshipManagement:
    • Buildand maintain strong relationships with customers understandingtheir needs and preferences to provide personalizedsolutions.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor tocustomers offering expert guidance and support throughout the salesprocess.
    1. SalesEnablement:
    • Developsales training materials and resources to equip the sales team withthe knowledge and tools they need tosucceed.
    • Conduct sales training sessions andworkshops to enhance the teams skills andcapabilities.
    1. MarketResearch and CompetitiveAnalysis:
    • Conductmarket research and competitive analysis to identify market trendscustomer preferences and competitivethreats.
    • Use insights from market research toinform sales and marketing strategies and differentiate ourofferings in themarketplace.
    1. ReportingandAnalysis:
    • Tracksales and marketing performance metrics including lead conversionrates sales pipeline velocity and ROI.
    • Prepareregular reports and presentations for management providing insightsinto sales and marketing performance and highlighting areas forimprovement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Marketing Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    • Proven experience in sales and marketingwith a minimum of X years in a similarrole.
    • Strong understanding of sales andmarketing principles strategies andtechniques.
    • Excellent communicationpresentation and negotiationskills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.Salesforce HubSpot) and marketing automationplatforms.
    • Ability to analyze data and deriveactionable insights to drive sales and marketingstrategies.
    • Experience in lead generationprospecting and managing salespipelines.
    • Creative thinking and problemsolvingskills with a focus on driving results.
    • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to prioritize and multitaskeffectively.
    • Knowledge of the safety industryand familiarity with safety gloves products is aplus.
    • Experience working in a remote or virtualteam environment is desirable.
    • Certification insales or marketing (e.g. AMA Professional Certified MarketerHubSpot Inbound Certification) is aplus.
