    We are looking for an ESG / SHEQ Advisor to support our production operations and projects in the Southern North Sea.

    The successful candidate will be based in London and required to travel offshore with occasional travel to the Norwich office.

    Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesKey ObjectivesEnsure that all QHSE work undertaken for the company complies with QHSE legislation, company policies and objectivesAssist the Head of QHSE in advising all company employees on all aspects of QHSE.Assist in maintaining, enhancing and implementing the company QHSE and Business Management Systems.

    Assist in ensuring the company complies with parent company management systems requirements (The Twenty Principals, Life Saving Rules and Ineos Group Guidance Notes (IGGNs).Other ResponsibilitiesAssist in ensuring that Management Systems are fully documented and kept up-to-date, and provide advice to others on implementing systems and procedures.

    Assist in monitoring the business ESG activities;Develop ESG reporting frameworks, sustainability strategies and action plans.
    Assist in conducting internal / external audits, technical / QHSE reviews, management reviews.
    Maintain the Business Management System (BMS) accredited to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and future updates/amendments as required.
    Safety Critical Responsibilities and specific QHSE ResponsibilitiesClose involvement in all day-to-day operational QHSE issues.
    Skills & Knowledge RequiredEducation / Experience Undergraduate degree in relevant Engineering or Science discipline is desirable.
    ESG related qualification is desirable.

    Knowledge, skills & behavioursDeveloping and maintaining health, safety and environmental management systems and legislation;Safety and environmental management principles and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

    Environmental reporting - in particular, UK ESG related legislation and European CSRD requirements.

    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Results orientated, conscientious with a strong work ethicSolutions focused with the ability to implement improvements and efficiencies where appropriateCapable of working under own supervision and being self-motivated.

    Strong team playerExcellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written).Flexible attitude and desire to learn
