    Description

    Job Title: Gas, Mechanical and Plumbing Engineer

    About The Role

    In this position, as a Gas, Mechanical and Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering an integrated service to the contract, focusing on continuous service and cost improvements through innovative systems and processes.

    Main Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Customer Liaison: Act as the primary contact for managing service delivery related to hard FM for clients.
    • Health & Safety: Manage remedial, emergency, and planned works to ensure a safe environment, overseeing the Permit to Work system.
    • Quality of Service Delivery: Take overall responsibility for the quality performance, including maintenance services and ensuring efficient service delivery.
    • Installation and Maintenance: Install new gas, mechanical, and plumbing components, troubleshoot breakdowns, and provide preventive maintenance services.
    • Asset Management: Maintain gas, mechanical, and plumbing system assets to prevent service disruptions and keep the asset register up-to-date.

    Educational & Professional Requirements:

    • Commercial Gas Ticket: TPCP1A, ICPN1, CORT1, COCN1 (OR CODNCO1), CDGA1, CCP1
    • Domestic Gas Ticket: CCN1, CKR1, CPA1
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in plumbing, mechanical, and gas in an educational/commercial environment.
    • Certifications: NEBOSH/IOSH Certificate, Legionella Legislation, IT Literacy.
