Would you like to help shape how our 2 Trusts work together to deliver high quality, seamless, equitable and sustainable care to the population of Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire?This role will manage a programme of complex projects to deliver service change through collaboration and partnership.
The work will be co-ordinated using a shared framework for project and programme management that will be developed collaboratively with partner organisations to deliver strategic priorities.
The role demands experience of large scale change programmes, working with senior practitioners and managers, to deliver extensive system change across the Acute Providers and wider BNSSG ICS footprint.
As well as demonstrating technical programme management and improvement skills, the individual will be expected to offer innovation and creativity to the projects to fully support the project and programme outcomes.

Qualifications and TrainingProgramme and project management training (preferably MSP/PRINCE) or equivalent experience.
Evidence of continuous personal/professional development.
Evidence of leading challenging change projects within a complex environment
Involvement in service redesign projects that delivered quantifiable improvement.
Experience of analysing very complex issues from multiple data sources where evidence can often conflict
Knowledge of health policy and key improvement initiatives to support the strategic priorities that inform the development of the local Integrated Care System
Experience of working in a mixed economy of partners from a public or private sector context.
Highly effective communication skills to develop and deliver performance improvement plans with key stakeholders
Strong leadership qualities with the capability to lead by example and inspire others
Able to think strategically and to analyse complex issues/data to formulate conclusions
