    Description

    Qurate Retail Group comprises six leading retail brands - QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill and Grandin Road - all dedicated to providing a more human way to shop.

    Qurate Retail Group is the largest player in video commerce ("vCommerce"), which includes video-driven shopping across linear TV, ecommerce sites, digital streaming and social platforms.

    We are looking for a Retention Marketing Manager to lead the functional Retention Marketing Managers within QVC International markets.

    Also you will oversee the retention marketing system landscape and making sure state-of-the-art tools are applied in the most efficient way.

    We offer an ever-changing collection of familiar brands and fresh new products - from home and fashion to beauty, electronics and jewellery - and we connect shoppers to interesting personalities, engaging stories and award-winning customer service.

    Worldwide, QVC reaches more than 200 million homes via our 12 broadcast networks and reaches millions more via multiple streaming services, websites, mobile apps and social pages.

    You will be the primary business contact for the Selligent CRM system working on the opportunities and capabilities for the QI business.

    You will support the retention marketing across all the international markets ensuring customer growth.
    You will lead optimisation of in market retention marketing workstream.
    Experience leading a global Retention Marketing team in multiple markets
    Very good technical knowledge Retention Marketing Tools (e.g. Campaign Management Tools, Marketing Automation, Machine Learning) experience of using Selligent would be advantageous.
    Strong experience in translating data insights into clear actions and having the capability to convince and engage other stakeholders
    Business fluent English spoken and written
