As a Barclays Wholesale Lending Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a key component of the Wholesale Lending Strategy which is the implementation of a new Loan Processing Application, Loan IQ.

You will work as part of a team of Business Analysts, working closely with technical and product experts to deliver high-quality functional requirements for technical delivery across multiple work streams whilst ensuring adherence to standards and governance.

Working with feature (high level business requirement) definition and analysis, including supporting detailed analysis of Wholesale Lending operational processes
Working together with technical and product experts and Operations Transformation teams to define the 'to be' process to meet the business requirements
Collaborating closely with technical delivery teams to support subsequent design and build activity needed to meet the functional and business requirements
Developing a detailed understanding of the Wholesale Lending system architecture to enable identification/anticipation of impacts
Experienced Business Analyst with a technology focus; and experience of managing analysis to define future state processes and identify and analyse functional requirements
Knowledge and understanding of Wholesale Lending products and business processes, including Financial Accounting and Risk Management (Credit or Market Risk)
Skills that will help you in the role:
Working knowledge and understanding of project management tools and techniques, including waterfall and agile methodologies
