The RoleAs the Customer Service & Logistics Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceeding customer expectations.
Lead a team of 4 dedicated professionals, drive a culture of trust and collaboration, and unleash your potential in a supportive environment where your ideas are valued.
Duties will include:
Lead and inspire the team to achieve operational excellence and drive results.
Manage holidays, workload planning, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for E-commerce customers.
Monitor and optimise Operational Performance metrics, resolve chargebacks, and implement corrective actions.
Produce E-commerce KPI reports for designated customers and monitor delivery performance.
Advocate for and assist in process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills & ExperienceExperience of leading a team, with a passion for fostering growth and development.
Strong B2B experience, coupled with expertise in order processing and delivery logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a knack for navigating IT systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to build lasting relationships with customers and stakeholders.
A keen eye for detail, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive mindset, with a passion for problem-solving and driving positive change.
Experience in FMCG and familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central are a plus.
