    Description
    ITC Infotech is looking for a Electrical Design Engineer to join US Team. Optimize analog and digital circuit design by identifying components, reviewing end-of-life component lifecycles, and conducting technical evaluation and testing. Use expertise in power supplies, microprocessors, microcontrollers, memories, peripheral interfaces and displays of industrial products.
    Review/compare component specifications between like components from the same and different manufacturers, including specifications of electrical IC components.

    Review of electrical component costs and highlight high-cost components and evaluate circuits and determine which components can be removed to simplify circuits.

    Understanding and familiarization of the product and process requirements starting from feasibility analysis to till implementation of the design and support for product release.

    Follows well defined alternate component qualification process and performs qualification testing following OS operations LLC test methodology such as manufacturing tests, temperature, humidity, GTEM, HALT, and calibration and vibration testing for specific prox.

    B Tech or M Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field
    Expertise in the areas of analog and digital circuit design

    Experience in Six Sigma tools, such as Failure Modes, Effects, and Diagnostic Analysis (FMEDA), to maintain reliability while designing less expensive products.

    Good to have knowledge related to mechanical design areas of AutoCAD, 3-D modelling UG NX software.
    Extensive experience working with business users to translate business language requirements into a detailed technical requirement.
    Good understanding of Engineering/Technical Material Cost Out (MCO) and support to component risk mitigation/component shortages etc.
