    Therole

    LendInvest is looking for atalented Fund Accountant to join our expanding finance team.Reporting into our Director of Fund Finance you will play a keyrole in leading projects on behalf of the fund finance functionensuring consistently accurate financial reporting and properfinancial control as project lead. This role will involve workingon our Credit Fund and other strategic funding partners. Our CreditFund takes investments in four currencies across several shareclasses investing over 200m AUM in real estate debt across theUK.

    Whatyoull bedoing

    • Leadingkey accounting projects on both our Credit Fund and related fundingstructures;
    • Review andimplementation / streamlining of accountingprocesses;
    • Lead on processimprovement automation and change management for keyprocesses;
    • Recommendationand implementation of accounting SOPs;
    • Reconciliation of keyfinancial data;
    • Workingclosely with Group Finance. Treasury Data and Portfolio Managementteams to deliver theprojects;
    • Preparation ofworkpapers and statutory accounts for audit;and
    • General accounting /administrativeduties.

    Whatwell need you tohave

    • QualifiedACA ACCA CIMA orequivalent

    Whatwed like you tohave

    • Experienceof working within a financial accountingrole;
    • Experience of workingwithin a fund accountingrole;
    • Experience of workingor leading change managementprojects;
    • Strong fundamentalaccounting skills;
    • StrongExcel / financial analytical skills including the ability toprovide clear meaningfulcommentary;
    • Strongorganisational planning and interpersonalskills;
    • Ability to mentorand influence both within and outside the financeteam;
    • Excellent verbal andwritten communicationskills;
    • Excellent attentionto detail efficient and organised;
    • Ability to work well underpressure and to strict deadlines;and
    • Previous experience ofworking with Netsuite would begood.
