    Internal Communications Officer

    £32 per hour Umbrella OR £25.28 per hour PAYE

    Duration: 12 Months

    Full-time: 37 hours per week

    Location: Stevenage

    Project Type: Inside IR35

    We are on the lookout for a seasoned Internal Communications Officer ready to bring their skills to a diverse global company. As part of this role, you will craft and execute communication strategies, offer strategic counsel, and adjust to changing business requirements while staying committed to our long-term goals.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute communication strategies across different countries and cultures.
    • Establish strong relationships internally to ensure effective information sharing.
    • Translate complex data into clear and impactful messages suitable for various platforms.
    • Assess and boost the effectiveness of internal communications by introducing fresh perspectives.
    • Harmonize national needs and cultural differences with company-wide goals in a distinctive operational setting.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Proven background in internal communications within sizeable corporate structures.
    • Proven ability to handle stakeholders and collaborate efficiently.
    • Flexible in adapting plans to changing circumstances while keeping sight of strategic targets.
    • Outstanding writing skills with a history of producing compelling content for different outlets.
    • Familiarity with editorial processes and the capability to drive enhancements to workflows.
    • A practical approach to prioritization, concentrating on essential business requirements while striving for ongoing enhancements.
    • Commitment to meeting obligations with a drive for learning and inventiveness.
    • Professional membership (e.g., IoIC, CIPR) is advantageous.
