    To work for a niche motor organisation based in West London as part of a well-established research team.

    RESPONSIBILITIESProvide reference services and receive, organise, digitise, and preserve history filesMaintain an information management programme to ensure information is easily accessible Provide privacy protection and ensure copyright complianceMaintain a research library and archiveUndertake cataloguing, reference services and the acquisition of historical documents CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSSome relevant records management / archiving work experienceIdeally some familiarity with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)Qualification in Archive/Records Management or Library/Information would be helpfulFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software solutions helpfulAble to cope with significant and unpredictable spikes in workload, heavy workflow, demanding deadlines and pressure from within the business during busy times.

    Able to work well under pressure and must be able to demonstrate applied and consistent attention to detail even in the peak times.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
