- To drive and manage the growth of sponsorship brand partnership revenue to Commercial Events through the development of existing and new clients.
- Develop and manage commercial partnership budgets, ensuring the financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial for both the event and the brand. This includes discussing sponsorship levels, branding opportunities, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal/external teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements including and not limited to: supporting the delivery through expert knowledge and overseeing on-site activations
- Experience of selling, operating, and managing brand partnerships in the event space
- Highly organised, with excellent project management skills, budget management skills and the ability to present and report to Director level and Senior Management
- Strong sales and negotiation skills are essential for securing brand partnerships.
- A calm and measured outlook when dealing with busy situations
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and strong time management skills

We are looking for a Commercial Events Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Events team in London.
We are proud of our 100+ commercial events which are produced annually, incorporating arena scale multiple artist gigs, outdoor day time events, club nights, and international events – for brands from KISS and KISSTORY to Magic and Absolute Radio, Planet Rock, Hits Radio and Greatest Hits Radio and more.
We have huge ambition to build on this success and your role as Commercial Events Brand Partnerships Manager, will be key in helping to accelerate our plans. You'll be integral to the strategy and development of Commercial Events by the creation and implementation of new revenue opportunities via event brand sponsorships, partnerships, activations and building closer relationships with existing and new clients.
We're looking for someone that can hit the ground running by quickly learning about the wider business in particular, the Bauer Audio brands. You will be working alongside the event directors and event managers to identify opportunities to maximise and create new revenue and proactively build/lead on relationships internally and externally for all Commercial Event sponsorships and partnerships.
