    Systems Engineer CCTV and ITWirral, MerseysideThe CompanyAs a leading, specialist company in the area of connected video technologies, we offer high-end CCTV solutions and security systems to business customers and public sector organisations in the North West and throughout the UK.We are now looking for a Systems Engineer join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

    So, if you want to progress your career with a company working at the forefront of intelligent CCTV technologies, read on and apply todayThe RoleAs a Systems Engineer, you will provide high quality system commissioning and support services to our own enterprise and public sector customers.

    You will configure, commission, maintain, optimise and migrate our customers network-based video surveillance systems, ensuring optimum performance and reliability.

    Supported by technical colleagues, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the fast-paced field of network-based video technologies, cloud CCTV, hybrid systems and AI-driven video analytics.


    Additionally, you will:

    • Liaise with customers and build strong rapports
    • Handle tickets, providing support via remote login and by telephone
    • Remotely diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating issues
    • Faultfind, producttest, problemresolve and troubleshoot
    • Manage customer onboarding and regular system checksAbout YouTo be considered as a Systems Engineer, you will need:
    • Experience in IT engineering, including working with IP networking and Windows OS
    • Experience in customer service
    • Organisation and communication skills
    • A degree (or equivalent) or an HND qualification in an IT
    • related disciplineExperience with Milestone Systems video management solutions would also be beneficial to your application.
