    Das Trainee-Programm erstreckt sich über einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten. Du arbeitest in unserem Verkaufsbüro in Düsseldorf oder München und wirst voll in das Verkaufsteam des Standortes integriert. Verknüpft wird das Trainee-Programm mit zwei Auslandsaufenthalten bei denen du detailliertere Einblicke in das Highschool Exchange Year Programm erhältst. Das Ziel ist es, dich als Trainee optimal auf eine internationale Karriere bei EF vorzubereiten.

Außerdem ist ein Einsatz in einem ausländischen EF Büro geplant.

    • Verkaufe ein tolles Kulturaustauschprogramm, lass Träume wahr werden und verändere das Leben tausender Menschen


    • Repräsentiere EF persönlich bei Beratungsgesprächen sowie auf Messen, Informationsveranstaltungen für Schüler & Eltern und Engagement Events


    • Bearbeite telefonische und schriftliche Kundenanfragen, analysiere genau die individuellen Bedürfnisse und erstelle passgenaue Angebote


    • Erhalte Einblicke in die Bereiche Social Media, Alumni Marketing sowie Student Enrollment


    • Bereichere unser Team mit Flexibilität, Spaß und Ausdauer

    Unsere Erwartungen:


    • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise


    • Hohe Kunden- bzw. Serviceorientierung, um von EF als Organisation zu überzeuegn


    • Sehr gutes Ausdrucksvermögen der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise gute Englischkenntnisse und eigene Auslandserfahrungen
