You will be a confident and inspiring leader who will embrace the opportunity to develop further your leadership skills through playing a full role in the operation and direction of the department.
Your leadership experience may have been gained through roles in university, professional or commercial settings but will enable you to provide academic leadership in the design and delivery of high quality, appropriate and innovative teaching programmes at UG and PGT levels, in guiding, supporting and mentoring more junior members of staff, in enhancing external engagement and impact and in playing a key role in supporting the leadership and management activities of the department and University.
