    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the management of report requirements.
    • Responsible for the review, validation and solidification of the fundamental data, formulas and indicator definitions of all the statistical reports.
    • Responsible for promoting customer data management, coordinating the cleaning and merging of customer-related data and delivering customer unique id solution.
    • Managing data quality and where data is not of good quality, devise solution to address. Raise the assessment requirement to Management to ensure the input of data quality is kept to a high standard.
    • Coordinate reporting requirement and change management between internal departments and the Groups data development center.
    • Responsible for data security management. Formulate and update system data management specifications including policy and procedures.
    • Train relevant users on reporting and data specification and security in line with Company requirements.
    • Organize and implement review process for all existing reports.
    • Promote report automation and enhancement of existing reports.
    • Support on maintaining the report database by assigning Data Owners to all reports.

    Requirements and Skills:

    • Study Background: Major in Statistics or Mathematics.
    • Work Experience: More than 3 years working experience in data analysis.
    • Insurance work experience. Understand the property insurance business, including underwriting, claims, reinsurance, etc. Prefer in financial professional knowledge; more than 3 years of working experience in insurance companies is preferred.
    • Experience in IT system development and code development. Experience in SQL, Python development, proficient in Excel and Powerpoint.
    • Strong background in developing Data Dictionary and Data Asset management.
    • Experience in data modeling and data analysis with relevant qualifications in statistics or data analysis.
    • Project management experience, experience as a project organizer is preferred.
    • Have a strong self-learning ability.
    • Fluent in Chinese.
