    Marketing Insights Lead Healthcare

    Our client, a leader in the healthcare sector, is on an exciting growth journey and is seeking a Marketing Insights Lead to join their dynamic team.

    The Marketing Insights Lead will play a crucial role in providing insightful reporting and analysis to guide marketing decisions.

    The role involves working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Leadership Team to identify trends, solve business problems, and shape company strategy.


    You will lead on competitor analysis, track performance holistically, and support wider insight-related projects, ensuring flexibility and agility in a fast-paced growth environment.

    have experience working with data related to marketing, sales, growth reporting tools and Excel.

    What you will do as part of the role:

    Will be responsible for marketing and sales weekly and monthly reports, where you can also improve reporting to simplify dashboards and data.

    Would analyse insights related to marketing and sales to advise senior stakeholders on trends and support marketing effectiveness activities.
    Do market and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities and threats.

    ‍ Essential Skills:

    Experienced working with data and presenting reports using Excel, Power Point.
    You have experience in building reports, ideally using Power BI, and presenting data in a digestible format.
    You have good knowledge working with digital data, marketing and sales data. Experience with Google Analytics is a big advantage.
