    Junior Sales Support

    Pelham Laboratories is a specialist skincare and haircare contract manufacturer with a real focus on added value. We work with many of UK and Europe's most loved premium, niche and cult beauty brands offering bespoke brand development & production from our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Hampshire.

    We are looking for an ambitious, highly organised individual who is willing to learn and wants to pursue a career within the Beauty Industry.

    As Junior Sales Support, you will be working alongside the Business Development Manager to support the sales function of Pelham Matrix.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    · Working with packaging team/warehouse to complete adhoc customer requests.

    · Liaising with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery .

    · Assisting lab team with sample filling prior to product launches.

    · Collating outreach contacts, arranging intro meeting for sales team.

    · Collating and filing sales packs for new customers.

    · Managing post requirements, including mail and sampling campaigns.

    · Shadowing on meetings to take minutes and actions.

    · Supporting wider team on trade show activities, procurement, logistics. Etc

    · Inbox and live chat monitoring.

    · Handling a variety of administrative responsibilities including new and existing orders and re-orders.

    · Sample Stock Management.

    · Updating internal CRM system with sampling and quote information.

    · Handling new customer enquiries.

    Suitable Candidate

    · Junior/graduate looking to start their career in beauty industry.

    · Keen interest in beauty industry and product innovation.

    · Hungry to contribute to a sales team target.

    · All-rounder looking to learn different aspects of the business.

    · Interest in marketing advantageous.

    · Agile and good with time management.

    · Pro-active, self-starter who wants to enjoy a varied role.

    · Interested in working as part of a dynamic and driven team.

    · Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute creative insights to ongoing projects.

    Job Type – Permanent , Full time

    Schedule – Monday to Friday 9am to 4pm

    Office – 121 Proxima Park, Houghton Avenue, Waterlooville, Hampshire, PO7 3DU.
