    DfT are on an exciting and ambitious journey to create a new Shared Services with HMRC and DLUHC. As part of the evolution to the future state, DfT implemented Concur and SuccessFactors Talent in 2021, and we are looking for a Systems Analyst to help support the platform as we continue our journey.

    Sitting within the Shared Services Implementation & Performance Technical Team, working closely with the Systems Manager, you will have an exciting role and play pivotal part in the delivery and maintenance of our systems.

    Working closely with stakeholders and customers from across the business, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our systems so that they are fit for purpose and stable as we move to our future state.Job description

    You will support the Systems Manager with the management and maintenance of our SuccessFactors and Concur landscapes, whilst acting as subject matter expert into the Unity Shared Services Programme when required.

  • To provide expert support and guidance on the management of SuccessFactors and Concur to our users.
  • Act as second line support, and trouble shoot issues with stakeholders.
  • Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of the solutions.
  • Manage support cycles and related patching activities, including testing and impact assessments, and building business cases with business stakeholders for additional features. Person specification About you We are looking for someone with strong foundations that is keen to take the next step in their career. We are looking for an individual with the knowledge and experience of maintaining and optimising systems, in a similar role. You are a driven individual with good interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships with a diverse range of internal and external key stakeholders. You are a self-starter comfortable working independently, drawing on your initiative, with a willingness to problem solve and think outside the box. You have the ability to deliver at pace and deal with conflicting priorities. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information into easily understand information.
