The role and responsibilities of this Events Manager(P&C) :
Develop and execute a comprehensive operational plan for each event in collaboration with the Head of Events. Managing all aspects from concept to delivery with meticulous attention to detail.
Understand industry trends and competitor analysis, maintaining a solid understanding of the sector Propose innovative ideas and creative event solutions.
Foster effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams, such as creative design, marketing, content, and sponsorshipTake lead in managing various operational elements, including venue research and oversight, on-site branding, A/V coordination, food and beverage selection, staffing plans, and attendee registration.
Oversee event budgets and exercise exceptional cost controlDemonstrate proficiency in post-event recaps with KPIs/metrics for client presentation.To be successful in this Events Manager(P&C) :Ideally having min 2 years of experience in Events ManagementYou must have experience in the B2B field Outstanding communication skills and organisational capabilities to manage multiple B2B events.
Proficient in strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution, with an exceptional attention to detail.Possess sound financial acumen and successfully managed budgets for various events.
Proven ability to think innovatively and implement new initiatives to elevate customer experiences during events.
