    Job Title: Project Supervisor

    We are seeking a Project Supervisor to join the team based in Swansea/Cardiff/Bristol. This role is within the South West Business Unit and will involve traveling.


    Job Purpose
    • Be accountable for the safe and timely completion of projects.
    • Communicate project progress, deliverables, dependencies, and risks to the Head of Projects/Project Manager and clients.

    General Activities:
    • Identify project opportunities within a specific portfolio of maintenance contracts and inform the Head of Projects/Project Manager.
    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on the feasibility of their plans.
    • Comprehend the project scope, including budget and profit margin requirements.
    • Follow the current CDM process, primarily taking on the role of principal contractor.
    • Identify, mitigate, and handle all statutory and commercial risks related to the supervised project.
    • Ensure full integration of QHSE practices and processes in each project.
    • Ensure adherence to project management policies and procedures.
    • Supervise day-to-day project operations, including subcontractor management and site supervision.
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

    Person Specifications
    • Ability to plan and coordinate labor, equipment, and work schedules.
    • Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
    • Track record of delivering projects within time and budget constraints.
    • Understanding of financial metrics.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Clear and effective communication skills.
    • Knowledge of contractual terms (preferable).
